May 4, 2010 Private Membership Reception at Black, Starr, and Frost
Black, Starr, and Frost closed their flagship store in South Coast Plaza for a Private Hispanic 100 Membership Reception. Alfredo J. Molina, Chairman and CEO of the Molina Group and owner of Black, Starr, and Frost welcomed the Hispanic 100 stressing the importance of it’s mission. Teresa Hernandez, Hispanic 100 Membership Committee Co-Chair noted that “the Hispanic 100 came together because there was a critical voice missing in the public debate – that of the Latino business leader. This morning’s Register reported that a group of CEOs just named California the worst place to do business. That situation will not change until business leaders like those in this room step up to educate our leaders and our community on what we need to bring back the California dream. And what better place to dream than here – at Black, Starr, and Frost. Not only America’s first jeweler – but mentioned by name in “Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend!”” click here to view photo gallery
